Since 1 January 2026, we, Gassner Gastronomie, are the new tenants at the Weisse. We used January 2026 for minor construction and renovation work and look forward to welcoming you to the Weisse from 2 February 2026. Our guests can continue to look forward to the usual high quality and warm hospitality.

The Weisse team is one big family. Marcel Schäkel, our operations manager, has been running the business since taking it over in 2026 with great warmth and closeness to his employees.
