The Weisse in Salzburg is a place where pub culture, craft beer and genuine Salzburg hospitality have been at home for generations. As a traditional wheat beer brewery, it combines historical roots with contemporary culinary culture – warm, down-to-earth and full of character.

Locals, connoisseurs and guests from all over the world meet in the cosy parlours and lively beer garden to enjoy freshly tapped wheat beer, regional delicacies and classic Austrian cuisine. Here, food is cooked with love, beer is brewed with passion and everything is served with joy.

Since 1 January 2026, we, Gassner Gastronomie, are the new tenants at the Weisse. We used January 2026 for minor construction and renovation work and look forward to welcoming you to the Weisse from 2 February 2026. Our guests can continue to look forward to the usual high quality and warm hospitality.
