The menu at die Weisse combines classic Salzburg tavern cuisine with selected ingredients from responsible sources. In addition to popular tavern classics, which have always been synonymous with hearty enjoyment, there are also special dishes prepared with high-quality products from the Gassner Farm.

We attach great importance to regionality, seasonality and artisanal quality. Fresh ingredients, gentle preparation and careful coordination with our home-brewed wheat beers make every dish a harmonious culinary experience.

The result is a cuisine that preserves tradition while breaking new ground – honest, down-to-earth and with great attention to detail.

The Weisse team is one big family. Marcel Schäkel, our operations manager, has been running the business since taking it over in 2026 with great warmth and closeness to his employees.
