At the “die Weisse” restaurant, we attach great importance to sound training, because apprentices are our future. Whether it's a traditional apprenticeship, an apprenticeship with A-levels or a start after leaving school – we offer you many paths to choose from. Young adults who want to reorient themselves through adult education are also very welcome. In cooperation with the Diploma Academy for Tourism, we offer adult apprenticeships with a shortened apprenticeship period and full pay.
